Are these peptides for human use?
No. All products are sold strictly for research use only and are not for human consumption. Products are not approved
by the FDA for any human use, and we do not provide dosage, therapeutic, or clinical guidance of any kind.
What does “research use only” mean?
It means the products are intended for laboratory and academic research only — not for use in humans, animals, food,
drugs, cosmetics, or household applications. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher 18+ and accept
responsibility for proper laboratory handling.
Shipping
How fast will my order ship?
1-2 business days from when we confirm your payment. Shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking included.
Where do you ship?
If USPS shows a package stuck for 21+ days or marks it lost, email [email protected] with your order number. We
will replace the order at no charge once USPS confirms the loss.

Will my package be discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked bubble mailers with a generic return address. Nothing on the outside
references the brand or contents.
Lab Testing & COAs
What is a COA?
A Certificate of Analysis. Every batch we sell is tested by an independent third-party lab for purity by HPLC and mass
spectrometry. The COA documents the test results and matches a specific lot number on the vial label.
How do I find the COA for the vial I received?
Check the lot number printed on your vial label, then visit our COAs page and look for the matching lot.

Are all your products tested?
Yes — every batch of every product, every time. No exceptions. If a lot doesn’t pass purity verification, we don’t
sell it.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp. Crypto payment support is on our v2 roadmap.
How long until my payment is confirmed?
Typically under 4 business hours during the day. Once confirmed, your order moves to “Processing” status and ships
within 1-2 business days.
Why don’t you accept credit cards?
Standard credit card processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) prohibit research peptide sales in their terms of service.
Working around that requires either a high-risk merchant account (expensive and slow to set up) or peer-to-peer
payment methods. We use peer-to-peer for now.
I sent payment but my order is still “On Hold” — what should I do?
Reply to your order confirmation email or use the “I’ve paid” button on your order page. We’ll match the payment to
your order and update the status. Orders unpaid after 24 hours are automatically cancelled.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before payment is sent. Just don’t send the payment and the order auto-cancels after 24 hours. If you’ve already
paid, contact [email protected] and we’ll refund via the same payment method.
Can I return a product?
No. All sales are final once shipped due to the nature of the product. We do not accept returns of opened or unopened
vials. See our Shipping & Returns page for details on lost-package replacement.
An item is out of stock. When will you restock?
Restocks depend on supply chain and lab testing turnaround. Email [email protected] with the product name and
we’ll let you know our best estimate.
